I used to work around the corner from Geo Bate shop in Colmore Circus, I met Conrad Cross a few times whilst purchasing a few odds and ends from there...in the late 80’s I bought a double 8 Graylag for my brother from him, for if I recall, £240??.......I believe they moved up to Stafford?
