08shooter
i personally would go with the 97 i think they are a beautiful rifle probably the only springer i woul consider, saying that the pro sport is a beautiful rifle too, both in the top seats in their classes. best to buy what feels best in your hands
berettaman1
Well on a engineering view the Air arms rifle is a thing of perfection!, but if you are having to carry it round for a few hours, then the H W 95 takes some beating, up to 35 yards in .177 the 95 is a superb rifle,(got one myself) I have killed rabbits up to 50 yards out, No bull and last the HW is much cheaper!! OOPS just noticed I mistook the model number, ignore my comments.
loopy bunny blaster
he said hw97, i'd go with the pro sport personally, just because they are supposed to be balenced beautifully, try them in a shop
MC
I have got a Pro sport in .177, it is a superb rifle. It balances really well. But there probably isn't anything between the two to be honest. It is more about what you prefer.
terrier
I own a 97k .177 and use it every day for vermin control and hunting. HW's have the best triggers in the world IMO, and a good trigger is very important for good accuracy. HW's are also easy to tune and repair. take a look here http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews1750.html 102 reviews and see how people rated the gun
