fulltimeshooter
On section B of the form it states you must give the landowners/club secretarys name and address, but the question is is it accepptable to use the tennant farmer or gamekeepers name instead? or does it have to be the land owners? the reason i ask is because I dont know the landowner personally and have always dealt with the farmers/gamekeepers. thanks! al4x
I shoot on a tennanted farm and have only given the farmers name, but I'm not sure a keeper is enough but I'm sure you'll get the answer in a minute

njc110381
If the keeper is in charge of running the shooting, which he probably is, then it's his job to give you permission. Chances are the landowner doesn't want the bother of having to deal with this sort of thing, that's why he has a keeper in the first place! tulkyuk
The Keepers name is fine - both of my permenant pieces of land were signed for by the gamekeeper and the FAO didnt even question it. ( north wales police too!! - which are notoriously bad)
