david_phillips95
i bought the magnet from ebay item no. 250157728577 , it was listed as a shooters warehouse one. i recieved it today and im starting to doubt it came from shooters warehouse. it doesnt have telescopic arms and the spiked footbase looks different from the shooters warehouse model. Also there is no screws on the arms to attach them to the motor unit. I have attached various photos to see what you guys think. starlight32
It is a shoot warehouse model I think, but with some modification. It is possible that someone has cut down the box section arms and welded the rod section direct to the once telescopic arms. This could be down to damage to the upper sections. The give-away to me is the hole in the bottom the box section and the motor which you have illustrated. Looks like the pro-motion one at 75 quid. But of course ask the site sponsor who will soon tell you How much did you pay?
david_phillips95
i payed £65 posted with a speed controller. i was thinkin the same thing, it looks like the arms have been modified. If anyone can verify this is correct please tell me. i have not left the seller feedback yet so i want to make sure that it is either the right one or the wrong one. Thanks Dave
steve_b_wales
It's looks identical to the one I bought from a trader ( not allowed to mention their name ) at the Welsh gamefair recently. It does work, and, with mine, if I swap the terminals over that are on the motor, I get a slower/faster speed.

pin
Looks very similar, the top section with the machined ali part is identical, the motor looks similar but the casing, frame (around the motor) and the arms all differ. The "light" shootwarehouse one (I have one) has box section for the first extension from the motor unit, then box section again onto the telescopic arms. Fisherman Mike
looks bloody heavy to me
Will Beasley
looks bloody heavy to me Well it does still weigh in quite heavy but in comparison to the Original Pigeon Magnet theres a substantial weight saving!! Beleive it or not the heaviest thing is the motor. If you want a real featherweight Rotary then the new "Hypa-Lite Rotor" is the one. Weighs sweet FA, and works with the Hypa Flap decoys.
