It has at sometime in its life, 1969 by the proof mark ( crossed swords with a U in the left ) been rebarreled though. not that it matters to me. Serial number on underside of barrel is 68158. Hammerless, relatively plain box lock but lovely wood and silver medallion in stock. No pistol grip flat field stock. Shoots beautifully.
