Beretta 690-3 Safety

Usually, there is a small rod inside that can be fitted to make the safety auto - or removed to make it manual.  The rod works from the opening lever and pushed the safely catch back when the lever is operated.  I suspect it will need making and fitting rather than just a 'drop in part' you buy, but I may be wrong.  It is not a big job.

Thanks I have the rod, just need it fitting

I can't add more as I have never done/had done a Beretta, but I have had two other guns done (Merkels) and used a gunsmith in both cases.  One was easy (drop a rod in), the other slightly less so as there was wood in the way - so needed minor drilling work.
