Walker570
Anyone tried one ? From what I have seen on youtube the unit is quite a bit clearer than the Pard 700. Anyone used one as a spotter?
oldypigeonpopper
Hello, there's a few posts on the AGF forum on these add ons, you do need a side focus or AO scope, I had the 007 but now trying a Base Optics NV 90 which is the same sort, should do ok as a spotter Edited January 29, 2022 by oldypigeonpopper
Walker570
Thanks, my scopes are side focus. I am looking for something dual purpose. A spotter but also a NV which I can put on my AA S200 air rifle for ratting if needed and also on my 17 Remington so not high recoiling rifles. beanieboy
I did a comparison between the One leaf Commander 12mm and the Pard 007 here https://www.thestalkingdirectory.co.uk/threads/oneleaf-commander-nv100-12mm-vs-original-pard-007-16mm.230324/

My friend uses his 007 as a spotter and on a HMR, there's a new one out now Base Optics NV 90, it's worth a look just for occasional use out to 50 /75 yard for air rifle,
Walker570
My local shop did not have any in but did have a thermal spotter good for 150yrds which is my required range, so I purchased that instead. I use a SightMark as my shooting scope but thought a dual purpose one would be handy to pop on the HMR/17 Rem as required.
