Duck
Hi I've filled my cabinet up with shotguns and fancy .22 rf rifle but I don't really want to have another cabinet. Does anyone know if I will be allowed to use a Gun clamp for a .22 rf rifle in Kent? Will I then be able to store rf ammo in the shotgun cabinet; as that has to be kept safe, does it not? Thank you Duck

Mungler
Fill your profile in. Gun clamp for a firearm = big no no. Take a shotty out of your cabinet, put it in the gun clamp and put .22LR in cabinet. Job done

fortune
Hi there Duck. Give more information. It depends what you mean by gun clamp. Have you got a commercial product in mind or are you going to make something. I’ve got an overspill problem from my cabinet and I made a steel rack to fit into the available space. There are several 22s in that rack along with a quantity of shotguns and it’s been ok’d by several passing feos and police persons. So the answer is not a definitive NO it could be Yes because I’ve got a sort of clamp.

I think I have decided to wait until I have improved a bit more before getting any more toys. Thanks for your help and I would like to see a picture of your "rack" ;-) fortune if you have any.
