These powders aren't explosive as they are "propellants". Black powder and Hodgdon Triple Seven would be classed as explosive and those need to be sent via an RFD. deershooter Posted July 22, 2022 Report Share Posted July 22, 2022 All powder is classified as explosive just a different category 1.3/1.4 etc no post on powder unless it’s by a hazardous product carrier it’s banned by Royal Mail ,DPD, HERMEES ,YODALL AND THE REST TNT WILL CARRY IT BUT ABOUT £65 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
