dustydave
we've got a section of flat felt roof that is shared with the neighbour, it needs repairing on their side. I'd like to find a way of seperating the roof with some sort of parapet wall, so that in future each side does their own repairs rather than having to do it togther. There is a solid wall under the roof (where the division would go ie party wall)- would a simple mop roll do the job or is something more substantial needed? Is there an easy way to do this so that they can get on with their repairs (i'm in no hurry to repair our side as it doesn't leak and we use the roof underneath as a log store). millrace
A roll or even 4x3 on edge and dress over simple enough....what is the roof covering?

redial
Up stand party wall act 1996. My neighbor did this and I agreed without really looking into it.
