Chess Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 Bait wise they will be attracted to any type of meat. Ive used pigeon and rabbits and mackrel and i cat food works a treat aswell!! Jonty Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 Roadkill, you do need a license mate. You can get one from the EA. It's more of a technicality than anything else. The fact is that signal crayfish are effectively the grey squirrels of the river, brought over here from the US and they've decimated the indigenous crayfish as they are much bigger and more aggressive. The licence is a way of getting accross the information that you should not allow any you catch to make it into another watercourse.
