codling99 Posted October 19, 2007 Report Share Posted October 19, 2007 i had same problem the other day,freezes up ,and you need to start pc again.my problem was the graphics card/video card. i slowed the video accelerator down and it ok now,think you got to go into computer management,and go into settings for video card,an slow it down,or replace video card.might even get away with reinstalling or updating drivers for card . garyb Posted October 19, 2007 Report Share Posted October 19, 2007 Sounds like Internet Explorer is hanging if your seeing the error reporting dialogue. Are you sure its Win98?
