I would say its highly unlikely.

An IR torch that would reach that distance would cost more than the £110 alone!

The camera needed for a decent image at least £50, then a similar amount for a good screen.

Before you think about screened add on units, think about how much light is going to shine into your face from the screen, also eye relief on your scope.

Even modern Pard add ons will do 200 yards without extra IR torches costing £150 +£300-500 for the pard.

If your budget is only around £100 then I might have something cheap for you if you're interested?

thanks for reply rewulf...just to ask what have you got?..and if a product is not as described when bought from ebay,is one not entitled to their money back?

It all goes back to the context of the description, its a vague thing to say 'it can see objects 2-400 yards away'

What exactly are they referring to, a fox, a cow, a house, in what light? Total darkness or daylight?

Many of these units are sold by UK based Chinese suppliers, using very low quality parts, I know for a fact they can't build a 200 yard total darkness unit for that money, never mind a 400 yard one.

You can spend £1000 and struggle to get 400 yards.

I'll get some pictures up of what I've got, what are you shooting, and what rifle is it going on?

Whats your budget ?
The Chinese screen jobbies for £100 odd, likely wont perform at that range, and even 'premium' screen ones still have the problem of lighting you up.

The best thing for you is probably something with wifi , or HDMI , that can send an image to a screen or phone.
Pard 007 or similar, Ive seen 2nd hand ones at £225 , but new ones are around £300 going up from the V model.

https://www.blackwoodoutdoors.co.uk/product/pard-nv007v-12mm-16mm-night-vision/.....................thanks for that,at the moment im putting away some money for the nv.ill have a budget around 200 when ill want to buy,not really interested in those pard ones,i want the screen sort,.....just a point,if those ones on ebay do not preform as described, ill have an option to get a refund, and the sellers know this,so why would they lie about the 200-400 meter distance?........Evan if i were to get to the 150 yrd mark, that would be cheap set up

I wouldnt bank on it.

Like I said , its WHAT you can see at 200 yards, and in what light..

Im not trying to put you off , its your money, but theres a reason why theyre so cheap.
