Leftovers

Recommended Posts

Last time I roasted a piece of beef, I had some leftover, sliced it and froze it.  Today I had a portion of it, warmed up in gravy with hot veggies (inc. red cabbage, also from the freezer), roasties - and of course horseradish.

It had withstood freezing very well and had kept flavour and tenderness.
