Scully Posted August 23, 2023 Report Share Posted August 23, 2023 (edited) Any sufferers try this. It’s worked wonders for me. 60g ginger. Skin on. 400ml fresh apple juice. 1/2 lemon. Juiced. Chop ginger into small chunks and blend with apple/lemon juice. Pass through a sieve. Drink 50ml each morning. I drink it on an empty stomach but it doesn’t have to be. amateur Posted August 24, 2023 Report Share Posted August 24, 2023 Ginger is an excellent treatment for any stomach problem. My wife had a gippy gut on holiday, so I fine sliced some ginger root, boiled it for a few minutes in a pint of water, let it steep overnight and she had a couple of tablespoons of it every 3 hours.
