B725
I've been tasked with repairing an old Solway feeder, replacing the legs was easy enough but here's the problem the bottom has about 30 1/2 hole's in the bottom. That is so I believe is how it's supposed to be relying on the weight of the wheat not to let it just pour out. Have any of you got one or used one as I can't help but think there should be some sort of plate underneath. I have looked on the internet but as of yet not seen any images to help me out. If necessary I can plate over the bottom and just fit a spring but I was hoping to get it to work as originally designed.

B725
I could not find anything regarding it so I cut some stainless steel and covered all of the bottom of it then drilled a hole in the centre to take a spring.
