shaun4860 Posted October 28, 2007 Report Share Posted October 28, 2007 This is a great series the chopper theory wouldnt work as these guys drive in near zero visiblity at times....also the weight and size of the cargo involved..... the bridge theory?....its a hell of long way to build a bridge...we are talking hundreds of miles here..... the last engineer Posted October 28, 2007 Report Share Posted October 28, 2007 it is a superb series to watch, the engineering in the making of the ice roads and their maintenence is incredible, the truckers themselves are a breed apart, its a dangerous job for sure, many have been lost through accidents or ignorence, certainly a job i would not fancy, enjoy the show, it is interesting.
