berettaman1
hi all thinking of buying a crossman 1377 what would be the best buy 22 or 177 and why? I used to have one in .22 I think it was called a medalist brilliant very accurate with .22 hobby pellets, Ive seen guys shooting starlings of the chimney pots with them I should think the .177 would be even better. A K A
at that range your best bet for accuracy would be the 177,probably the f t t.

springboy
hi all thinking of buying a crossman 1377 what would be the best buy 22 or 177 and why? I don't think you can get them in .22 anymore, unless you buy second hand.I had one in .177 anout 20 years ago and with the butt extention they are exellent for hunting things like maggies upto 20 yards and very accurate.Make a racket though so if your shooting in the garden it may upset your neighbours
