Things are a little different for me because i suffered a stroke in 2019 and thats classed as a medical episode. As a result, my short term memory is now dire so when i have to do something i have to do it there and then or it will get forgotten forever. My certificates dont expire until 5th May 2025 so now playing the waiting game. Quick update. Things have very much slowed down since the three counties joining up. My renewal didn't take too long last time and no extensions were issued or guns put in storage and im only doing what they asked (to start the process promptly).
