ernyha
well done i have recently noticed im not sure if its the cartridges that they take some killing!! asms i am with you on that one, for every crow i have shot at , if 1 in 5 drop that is the most. I fire the gun and know i have hit them but they fly on as if nothing has happened. Don't bother wasting my cartridges most of the time now unless i am really bored at the lack of pigeons. :<
fishandshoot
I had similar experience using Express Pigeon 6's I now shoot Express special game 6's and also carry 5's which stop the crows more reliably, I think its the crows feather density!! Well its sounds good anyway Do people find that plastic wads give better results than fibre??:D?, I certainly think this is the case. ernyha
I had similar experience using Express Pigeon 6' Wish you hadn't said that, they are my regular cartridge but i must admit they are great for pigeon. Might just try a change then although my nearest dealer only sells Express as he is mainly a fishing tackle shop and just gets a few bits and bobs in for the shooters. Will get him to get me some Special Game then and see how i get on.

fishandshoot
Red Stag, you know Garlands well then. I buy most of my kit from there and enjoy shooting the auto at triples off the tower in the week, when its quite. We'll have to meet up some time. red_stag88
I fired my first shot under the supervision of John Cook. I'm looking for holiday work, I might ask if I can work there.
