bit of an experiment...chucked vege and balls and sauce pack in cooking dish ...foil on top...bang it in the oven 1 and 10 mins

whipped it out and slung it under a really hot grill to caramalise and scorch it................RESULT...very authentic taste

Yea I know but not the far East , mind you , looking back , one of the first eating out places I ever went to in Yarmouth was a Chinese , closely followed by the Greece , now we have every nationality under the Sun and maybe a few more we don't know about
