Good shot?
Needs to go with all my other gear due to health reasons. Gun is in excellent condition and includes sling and gun bag. Will accept £375 which is my bottom line. Collection only from Wa9.
Gordon R
I have actually handled this gun. It is in very, very, very good condition and a steal at that money.

redogi73
Hi Mate, looking for a fowling gun, does this take high velocity steel and 3" cartridges? I'll probably use for clays too so does it cycle 28g 2/34 ok. I think the answer to all these is yes but just want to check. How old is it and condition (looks good on the photo's). Gordon R
Other than buying a new one, you won't find better.
redogi73
Thanks Gordon, am I correct with my assumption on the questions do you know?
Good shot?
Hi redogi73, gun does not have a leur de lys proof mark but has 3.5"chamber. I have only shot the odd 28 gram 2 3/4" cartridge but have no reason to think it would be a problem. I mainly use 70mm x 30g no 6 shot up to 36g no 4 shot for the shooting I do. I very occasionally use the odd steel cartridge but not HV. Anything else is of your choosing. I am being totally honest in my reply because I did not get this gun for wildfowling use but on googling I believe using standard steel shot is no problem. Edited October 4 by Good shot? Good shot?
All that I can see on the web is that the Super SX 3 is capable of shooting steel shot and will cycle light loads well. Edited October 4 by Good shot?

redogi73
Sorry for the delay in getting back, i don't know if pigeon watch has been down but I haven't been able to get on. I have PMed you, but will post on the open forum for people to see should you be selling anything else. it was a pleasure meeting you, the gun is in excellent condition and has obviously been well looked after, I will almost feel guilty taking such a nice gun on the marsh but that is why I bought it! I wouldn't hesitate buying of this gentlemen if he has anything up for sale in the future.
