Miroku model ID

Looking at one of the recent posts of an older Miroku for sale, it's evident there's some forum users who know their differing models - can someone ID the gun from attached pics, I'll add the serial number to the thread shortly. When I bought it there wasn't much of a description thanks

That gun if it as been looked after will last more than your lifetime, very well engineered guns, had my Miroku from new 1977 would never part with it. :)
