originalgeezer
Ref the Shoulder Injury, sack the NHS route off unless they will process a MRI - I have done both Rotator Cuffs/ Shoulder Impingement and numerous other injuries, through too many years of Martial Arts, attempting to be a body builder ..... but not made that, but needless to say, my body has been under lots of duress and the best thing I ever found was my physio .... who specialised in Sports Injuries, mostly of Rugby Players. Also, google a guy called Tom Morrison, for Shoulder Exercises to support and promote recovery . . . he explains things in a great mannerism and is very effective. Suggest, if there is a shoulder issue as described, the recoil let alone the weight will be causing an issue. Maybe try a lightweight, gas Semi Auto ? All in good luck with it, I know as I say, all about injuries and when they restrict you, it certainly becomes a mental trauma too ..... I was supposed to pick one up from Dunks, but work got in the way of the pick up date. So recently got one from a local gun shop. It’s a 30inch barrel, 3inch chamber with multi choke. Has an adult stock on so it fits me, and we have a youth stock for her!
