Hi all,

I bought a used pard nv007 and I’m really struggling to get a reading with the LRF unit, I originally thought it was due to turret interference but now I can’t get it work when held in my hands and not sure what to try now?

Jamie

Are you keeping it still long enough to get a reading ?

Most lrf units take a little time to work correctly.

There is a flaw however with the splash on the 007, being vertical rather than horizontal, sometimes giving inaccurate readings. What range are you using it roughly?

I’m using it the same way I would use my hand held ranger, in fact probably holding it still for longer

I’ve tried from about 5 yd to around 200

I know this sounds daft and probably doesnt help much ,but just try it on its side so the splash is horizontal.
It wont work at short range ,I think the minimum is about 7 yards.
