casts_by_fly
yes do the russki's use balkal and TOZ shotguns when they compete internationaly or do they buy nice berreta's and Browning's :yp: In the 70's and 80's they used the Baikal guns. Not sure if they have moved away from them or not. Keep in mind that there are many grades of those guns. Very few of the higher grade guns are exported since that is not their core business. If you look around shotgunworld, there is a lot of info on the baikal guns in the 'love my' forums. I think Tozman did a factory tour not long ago. Lots of pictures, good content. Thanks, Rick
08shooter
the ruskies used to use vostock shotguns in many forms.ive handled a couple of vostocks and they are quite expensive for a good example.
dunganick
as said, vostock, i believe apart from the rem 1100 the vistock trap gun (forget which model) is the most succesful shotgun in competition ever. I own a vostock game gun so i can confirm they are excellent.

Windknot
Perazzi sponsored the Russian team at one point, don't know if they still do. After the end of communism, obviously...
