I cant seem to find anything cheaper on the storage side at present, as you need something portable (i,e Battery powered) to record the video straight to.

You can use a standard camcorder as long as it has AV IN. Most of the new camcorders have AV OUT but not AV IN.

The portable hard disk is rechargeable and will last for 8 hours. The other batteries power the cam and mic.

very tempting that setup of yours Dazza,my set up is a little akward with the mount on the side of the gun it unbalances everything when walking about,it's good when stable and resting on a stick

I thought it would have been a hassle with all the wires. I just tape them together and most of it goes in my pocket. You hardly even notice it and as it has a 30GB

hard drive I just leave it on record and edit it when I get home.

with mine you have to push the back end of the camcorder to the left before tightening it to get the target centered,,,have you to adjust anything to center yours,are is it just a matter of sticking it on
