Me and my mate both use Remingtons 12g s/a, he uses an old m1100 and I use a 11-87 (just a more beefed up version of the 1100) my 1 is a multi-choke and his is not. I think Remington’s are very underrated and a good all purpose gun

We both use 32g 5’s for crow shooting just to pack that bit more of a punch. We specialise in killing the members of the crow family and have developed many ways to attract them in. once you have killed a few you do not need the decoys as they are no way as good as using dead birds. They decoys only really attract them in and make them hover and only a few fall for them.

It depends if you are using a 22rimfire or an airgun, if you are using a rimfire you can sometimes because you have a longer range hide and wait for them to land on an area where they have been feeding. I do not think that crow decoys will work for an airgun or a rimfire as they tend not to land. I would recommend, finding a place where they feed and going to them and setting up a hide in advance or killing a bunny and cut its guts open draw them to land on that.

Red, My mate got one and he was blowing away on it all day when we were shooting in a wood and nothing came over Don’t think he has used it since then. My advice is just to make a good hide and go to where they are feeding. I have used and owl before and sometimes it works but you can only use it around 10 times in one area as the crows/rooks get to know what it is. Like I said before just worth making a good hide and feeding an area and go to them.

red if you look that the picture of the hide The front is X-MOD, that is because I think it’s very good. Old army is fine that’s all we use except for a 2 little cheap scrim nets which my mate bought cheap. But our main one is a large tank scrim net around 20 years old. It does not matter about what type of camo you have it how you use it. As long as it matches the background ok which old army does 4 most

Crow, hope that’s some help
