Hoss Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 Hi just woundering if anyone could give me some advice on how long to cook a 4/5 bird roast it consists of a free range chicken stuffed with a pair of farmed duck breast a wild duck a pheasent and a woodcock advice would be much apprciated as i,ve never done this before and the family is coming for lunch on newyears day and i would love it to be a success!!!!! MC Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 A couple of years ago I did the whole 10 bird roast and they cook a lot quicker than you think. I started with a large turkey and finished with a woodcock in the centre and the give it about 12-14 mins per pound.
