Well done very nice & you might have started a regular trip for your self.Gdunc im sure you will be in good hands when your out just 1 tip that is start doing a bit exersize as it will help you enjoy your day no end as iv seen a few that had great days but there health let them down a bit.

Very good advice there.

If it is going to be hilly, get walking up some stairs between now and then, even if you are quite fit it can hurt quite a lot and as v-max says that can ruin a good day.

I'm in decent shape but have seen pictures a mate has taken and some of the areas we could be on are real mountain goat territory, so some extra stair climbing at work might come in handy.
