hi all i have a SBS shotgun its a brescia it has game seen ingravin on the sides its a box lock egector and has 27 inch barles

any info would be greatley acepted and has any one got any idear of its valu thans all

Asfar as i know it is similar to when guns are branded as Eibar, but the italian version. Breda and Franchi were made in the brescia district they are well made guns, i dont doubt that this one you are interested in will be well made.

it is verry well made i have it insured for 500 thats what the rfd told me to put on it

and it may be for sale soon hint hint

Get a magnifying glass on the name and the bird, could the letters A.minc be anything else? Also the woodcock, is it definitly a woodcock? I can find no maker with a name like this, nor a woodcock in use as a trademark.

well its looks like one crossed with a duck its quite big about 5-7mm and looks silver

:P Hmm, the mating process would have been fun to watch! I can find no Italian makers at all with a bird as a trademark, can you elaborate on the A.minc ? Whereabouts on the gun is this stamp? :blink:
