neil
I'm thinking it's a javascript problem perhaps?
Rob_88
Could be a java problem or flash mabey. Have you tryed updating your internet browser, that might help solve the problem. Other than that, not sure really.
lurcherboy
Neil, I have had a similar problem. Call AOL on their helpline, or you can do it on-line, give them the exact wording and code number. Let them sort it for you. If you really get stuck you could ask 'jonnyni' politely for assistance Good luck LB

Hammergun
Set up a dial-up connection on windows for AOL, and open using the standard Internet Explorer window instead of going through AOL's browser. Problem solved!
