tinbum71
Well, the polytunnel survived last night in the main. The door will need some serious attention. We did find ourselves in the paddock at 2am collecting chickens after the roof blew off of one of the coops, but it's been beefed up for tonight. Two of the pigs made a bid for freedom during the night and ended up sleeping rough under a hedge. Needed extra weetabix to cheer them up this morning. Got my company car stuck when it refused to leave its sentry post protecting the tunnel, so had to take the Jeep. Just as well 'cos the road between Truro and Falmouth became "below sea level" this morning. Just a couple more days of this and we might get back to normal!
Hunter
Took a while to get there, but Hastings started to get mad so I only stayed in college a couple of hours then off home. It got worse, the pic of the sea was when it was calm about about 11am, come 2pm and things got crazy. The car was being shaken on the way home. Plenty of obstacles on the way there too  Had to get out the vehicle here and move some small fallen trees. (which didnt move and I had to driver over/around them) Edited March 10, 2008 by Hunter
