There is no browse in my pmail to enable selection of a pic. as detailed here, there is "insert an image", but pressing this does nothing. You can send pictures in a pm, but you need to host them (photobucket etc) first. Then select the bottom tag the one that begins with and paste it in the PM and it will work.
