dustyfox
A couple of month's ago I got really annoyed with my dog, but after sound advice on here I am beginning to see the effects he is starting to calm down and is listoning to me alot more. Here are a few photo's of him taken by my phone so not the best quality photo's. Well this is my dog Jake This one we are next to the river Leven. This is him coming back to me after staying just left of the yellow pipes (about 25 metres) After on the way home their was about 5 woodies feeding I got to within 15 meters, 4 of them flew off this one stayed for some reason. He has managed to stay about the length of a football pitch and I also managed to get him to stay while I walked away and dissappeared from his sight for about a minute and he stayed there waiting for me. So things are looking up now, I have kept the training sessions fun and I always finish on a good, I should of done this earlier on as next week he on the dummies again. PS If any of you's have got rabbit skins can you send me them please I will pay for postage. Thanks. DF

dustyfox
He done the best retrieve today. I got him to sit and stay while I walked out about 30 metres and placed a tennis ball on the ground without him realising it but the ball went straight into a hole that was filled with water and wet mud, I went to myself "he never getting that". So I walked back to him and pointed in the direction where the ball was dropped, at first he went just a bit to far and I gave him a command to come closer to me which surprisingly he understood. Anyway he must have got a sniff of it and went straight to it but he had to dig a little to get it out and he came back with a brown face. I was so surprised that he got it as I said before he keeps on getting better, its just so amazing. DF
