Cranfield
I have bought some of these and used them recently on some shell decoys. They make the decoys stand out and the standard flocked shells look quite drab alongside them. I will be purchasing more.

Cranfield
I had a two groups of decoys layout and the "jackets" were all in one group. This is a layout I use quite a bit with my flocked shells and pigeons normally land behind either group, but when I tried the "jackets", 99% of them went straight for the "jacket" group. I am not sure what the effect would be if you mixed them in the layout. No result when decoying can be classed as anywhere near a scientific experiment, as there are too many variables and we are dealing with a wild creature, but I take great confidence from what I have experienced so far with them. anser2
I used 8 UV jackets mixed in with normal decoys ( H&H and shells) and still making my mind up about them. But they cerantly did no harm. To my eye they made the decoys stand out. I find they a bother to keep taking on and off and anyway i do not think they would last very long if removed every time you pack up.
