Cranfield
How much protection do the new Hypa-flaps need ? I have been looking around for something to keep mine in, rather than just dropping them in the sack with the other decoys. Am I worrying too much ? Teal
Mine are looking a little worn on the edges, it seems the tyvex is very strong, but the paint does rub off. Apparently a tube is the best thing for transporting them.
Will Beasley
Tupperware box or a piece of polypropylene pipe about 8 inch diameter. If your hypa's a starting to look tatty Teal then the actual back & wings of the bird can be very easily replaced by undoing the staples and we can send out a brand new one and you just staple the new one on yourself....voila.... brand new Hypa. big simmo999
Yep - just like will says. buy a tuppereware box. I measured the hyperflappers and bought a box in sainsbury's for a fiver. That box fits my hypers and 14 silosocks. What a saving on wieght!!! I use a bit of cut off 22mm speedfit pipe with 2 speedfit stop ends on for the rods

Cranfield
You may be surprised how hard it is to find 8" dia plastic pipe with end caps. The one Merchant I found with any wanted me to buy a min 12ft length. I will have a look round the Boot Fairs and Jumble Sales for a suitable sized "Tupperware" box. I ain't paying £5. malkiserow, I suggest you contact ShootWarehouse direct with your question.
