CZ .17HMR Case Catcher??

Hi,

 

Is there any such thing as a 'Case Catcher' to collect spent cases as they are ejected from

your rifle?

 

Any links or names would be good!

dont think so but with a busy lamping night with the lr they must be everywere...try to pick them up.

There is indeed a shell catcher!

 

It is primarily designed with paintballing in mind but equally as good for smaller .17/.22 shells.

 

I raised this subject ages ago but nobody really thought it would take off. I then searched the net for a while and found these catchers. I keep meaning to order a few as my shooting mate has a semi so ends up spitting shells out a good 6 foot.

not a bad idea but would you stand the chance of an empty case bouncing back into the ejection chamber. I would be interested in something like this as last time i went out a mate was doing the shooting and in the morning i spent 20 mins picking up the empty cases they went everywhere,under seats in footwell and worst of all in the recess between windscreen and the dash.would also be handy for when out on foot as i try to clear up my mess after me but cant always see every empty paul

I find it interesting how quickly the shell cases break down. Having said that I do make an effort to pick mine up where possible.
