Trussman
At the moment the site is down, but try the Met Polices firearms site. There is quite a lot of info on there, but as I said the site is down at the moment http://www.met.police.uk/firearms-enquiries/

clayman
You need to be supervised by a person over the age of 21. Curiously though, that person does not need to have a SG cert.
Ferret Master
He's over 15, has permission and a SGC. He does not require supervision by law. I'm 15 and I shoot without it on my permission. FM

Age 15 to 17 :- You can be loaned or given a shotgun and cartridges but you cannot purchase them. You can use a shotgun without supervision provided you have a current shotgun certificate.
