Topgunners
I called back to the farm this morning for a look see and there were hardly any birds flitting about at all. The Farmer's old man came out and said that he had only spooked up about 30 or so earlier on. I decided to watch for a while but nothing much doing so I went drive abouts. Set up for the crows/rooks at the barn and only managed 7 before uplifting again and "clocking "3 more farms to no avail. I decided to drive back to the 1st Farm and was informed that 2 jeeps had just arrived and were down the tracks somewhere having a look. I drove down and introduced myself to 4 guys and lo and behold 1 of them was a PW member . We chatted for a while and then i went drive about to see where I could possibly set up for a few birds. I set up down the other end of a Barley field from 2 of the guys and over the next couple of hours they shot regularly and so did I. ended up with 42 and they had done 50+. 350 birds off one farm this weekend should make the farmer happy when he returns from his holidays.
