vole
I have been using decoys and calls the last few months with increasing success. Never big bags as I only get a couple of hours in the daytime.I think my hide making is better than ever and am well covered. I have had a really quiet couple of weeks with birds doing a quick flypast instead of circling and am generally getting less interest.I used more decoys(stuck an owl there too) today compared to what I usually use but blanked. Any ideas? Thanks. I guess its a bit like fishing and sometimes theres no explanation but need to know if I could improve. Teal
If you find a field they are feeding on and setup early morning you may be pleasantly surprised with how you get on.

vole
I use about 4 hides over 3 fields, using natural cover when possible. They do seem to always be 2 fields away and I get the ones that are moving from a to b.I think maybe setting up sooner might get me in the thick of them then? Theres just a big expanse of field to cover to do that. Cheers fellers.
