hodge911 Posted July 7, 2008 Report Share Posted July 7, 2008 hi can anyone give some info please. my mate has a fac and a couple of 22 rimfire rifles . i was wondering if i am allowed to use one on my permission if he accompanies me [i only have sgc] thought i would ask on here first just incase i,m not allowed, and dont want him to feel awkward if he has to say no. cheers peter. IF he has an open cert then he NEEDS the land owners permission as the owner has only agreed on shotgun being used. IF he doesnt have an open cert then he needs to have the land checked by his FEO and have it added to the permission he is allowed to shoot! If in doubt phone your Local Police Station.
