wingnut Posted July 19, 2008 Report Share Posted July 19, 2008 "just thought pointed would be better for the ole penetration" sometimes they are to good, quite often the pellet can go straight through with out imparting any shock, i found hollow point pellets, or wadcutter (paper punching) excellent in a 23ft lb air rifle out to a range of 50 yds.
