Hw 80

Here’s a little look at my hw 80, she’s in really good condition now, and very soon the hw80`s having a new addition, yip she’s having a new stock.

 

 

 

 

I have reconditioned this gun from what was an ugly looking hw80 that was sold to me years ago, looking really rough looking indeed.

I had to polish and re-blue the chamber and barrel, and then I went to work on the internals, of which I decided to make all new synthetic runners, and guides,

I also had to re hone the main chamber to grab all the grease once again as it had been used so long that the inner main chamber had come to a polished surface and could no longer retrain grease.

 

But now she’s running at a sweet 26.50 lbs and a steady fps too, with maybe an 18 fps spread over a 50 shot count.

 

I myself have altered all the main internal parts to mostly synthetic.

And also upgraded the shims too, as you can see from the above picture she looks really nice indeed for a gun of her age.

Soon you will see a new silencer to be added, made by myself, that will complete the hw80.

The mk1 HW80 is a fantastic rifle!My cousin had one when they first came out and i wanted it basicly!
