Poacher
Right i have had a miserable day at work and couldn't be bothered to cook, so went to the freezer to grab a pizza, (our freezer is in the stables outdoors yep thats cornwall). Whilst walking back in, i glanced across the field it backs onto and theres a few woodies about. Put the pizza on for 15 or so minutes. Decided a bit of dessert might be on the cards so went to take out one of these woodies using the .22 (not ideal but needed the range). Before the pizza had even finished cooking the victim had been shot, de-breasted and was ready. Ate the pizza, then fried the breasts in some olive oil, served on toast with salted butter, add some cracked pepper for seasoning, delicious my day has just got better. Who said fastfood was bad for you À bientôt. Before you ask: Yes i used the same plate as the pizza i couldn't be bothered to get a clean one Edited July 31, 2008 by Poacher

Poacher
You don't believe in hanging your meat for too long then? With other game yes, i can't say that i hang pigeon for very long, if at all, as it has a strong enough flavour when served on its own. Meat was still warm before it hit the pan
