tomleatel
Hi eveyrone... My wife has left for the weekend for a nice trip to Belfast, leaving me at home, and without anyone to go shooting with.. Does anyone fancy doing some clay shooting either today or tomorrow? I live in North Kent, so can make it into Essex, Surrey, or Sussex.. Please someone reply to avoid total embarrasment Cheers, Terry
Admiral Von Tirpitz
The sun is shining and clay shooting in Essex sounds good, but stuck in the office today and tomorrow. If it was a weekend, then I would have taken on the challenge!

Markio
If you can stretch to Saturday then there's a shoot at Braintree.
tomleatel
May do that as well.... Just saw the weather over the next couple of days, and thought what they hell... Have to find some perks after being made redundant.. How many birds is the Braintree one?

tomleatel
Sounds Good. What is the name of the club, so i can see how far away it is?
Markio
Its called Braintree shooting ground, Braintree sporting ground & The Fennes. Google map: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&hl=e...087891&z=14 Address: Fennes Rd Braintree, CM7 5PL It's easy enough to get too. Once you're on the Fennes road just keep going, it's at the end of that road. It's recently had new management and seems to be changing all the time so i can't vouch for the quality of the targets although the ground itself is pleasant enough. Catamong
Tom, Remember to take ear plugs, you'll need 'em if our self confessed Essex hotshot MC turns up, he'll bore you to tears with all of his (yawn) talk about his bulging trophy cabinet, (it's a bit like his waistline). Shoot well, let us know how you get on. Cat.
