Pete's farm

Pete’s is a good place, and Pete himself is a top bloke. I’ve not been for a couple of years now, due to having permissions within a mile from home.

The indoor range is great for setting up a new rifle / scope combination, as its 50 yards indoors and wind free. You just need to remember to take your own targets.

There are a number of knock downs about in the range also. Outside you have a FT / HFT style setup to play with, but most people just sit in the indoor range.

I have read about people getting good bags out on the fields, but personally I’ve never been that lucky.

You must have insurance to be able to go, and first visit will be £20 as it includes the safety brief. After that its £10 a day, or it was last time I went.

For me, it comes into its own when setting up a new scope or rifle for FT, as you can set out all your ranges in one go, sit down and then work it all out.

Legal Age of use is 18 Years

And you need your own BASC / Countryside-Alliance Insurance

It's a Commcercial Ground / Farm

Understand others have looked @ having Simlar locations around the Country

But Only aware of Pete's
