Badgerpig Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 I dont normally watch this type of stuff but saw an interesting programme last night on BBC3 called "Kill it, Cook it, Eat it", I expected the usual fayre of battery hens and veal crates etc but the series is themed on wild game, last nights episode was wild duck, while there were a couple of muppets on the programme I thought overall it gave quite a balanced view and I certainly learned a few things about flighting and preparing birds for the table when shot :blink: Rabbit next week.... Last night (Tuesday) was Mallard duck, Monday night was Deer, Wednesday is Rabbit, Thursday is Grouse, Friday is a mix of all of them.
