taz24
. It may not be a big deal to you but I hit 2 clays with one shot today. Its the first time I have done it and I was dead chuffed with myself. I fired at and hit the first clay but the second was a no bird so they released the pair again and I hit both with my second shot. So I hit 3 clays with 2 shots. Now all I have to do is try and hit more of the ******* Cheers taz. .

Wookie
Nice one! It's a good feeling all right. What were the birds?
fuzrat
well done, just dont do it on skeet, its a no bird if you do it 3 times you get disqualified. Mrs Fuzrat hit 2 for 1 on her first go at skeet and was most proud until they called no bird. Missed the repeat too
RhiannonBW
Nice one!! I've only seen this once before at one of the Game Fairs on the 'Have a go' stand, a young lady, about 14 or 15, still quite nervous but determined not to look wussy in front of her brother, second shot, both clays. It may have been beginner's luck but it was very impressive Rhiannon
Peter De La Mare
It is very satisfying isn't it! At a badly set up stand, it was possible to shoot all 5 pairs in that fashion. It was changed after two squads had shot it though, I was fortunate to be in the first one and got all 10 birds with 5 cartridges. That's economic shooting! taz24
Nice one! It's a good feeling all right. What were the birds? They were not real birds just clays. it was a cracker I saw itby the way taz you'r barred. till next week anyway Thanks Peter. Thanks for not telling them that quite a few scored a double on that stand. I enjoyed the whole morning though as usual it was a fun well run clay shoot. What was fun, was the wind. If the wind caught the clay right it would hold it up in the air and somtimes the clay was like a frisby skipping through the air. Cheers guys taz. . libs
I have done it with clay rabbits a few times, and a very close pair of simulated grouse once.
George1990
Yup, i scored my first double the other day. Pretty chuffed, though it wasn't intentional! First time I've tried simultaneous pairs too! And scored my highest at Southdown - 73% Not great, but I've been told Southdown is a hard ground
