Am not sure about my grandads as they both died while my parents were youngsters !

My dad grew up shooting and fishing with other lads his age and often joined the local poacher who was a right charictor.

I showed an interst at a young age so dad taught me willingly. Hes always had Air rifles and shotguns but has never been into FAC. He tryed with me with fishing but i never really got the bug for it other than sea fishing from a boat with fethers for mackerel or spinning for pike ! And i also did 3 years in army cadets shooting .22 , 5.56 (L98 and SA80, M16) also 7.62 AK47 once. But Am in the process of gaining my FAC.

Silver Pigeon my partner, her dad is a clay shooter but never anything other than clays, i dont know about any of her other relitives but she shoots clays with me and is a SGC holder. B)

I would say it runs in families to a certain extent, on my fathers side he shoots but none of his brothers did and i'm the only 1 of my generation that shoots, on my mothers side of the family all my uncles shoot or did shoot and all my male cousins have guns( not all of them shoot now but).
